From first contact to measuring up, then fitting we have seldom witnessed a more enthusiastic and knowledgeable couple. We will shortly be ordering shutters for the rear of our house as well. The Boast

I approached SCP to supply and install white shutters to 3 new bedroom windows. They attended very promptly and took measurements and gave me an estimated delivery date which proved accurate. Grace kept me informed as to progress for delivery and fitting and as soon as the shutters were delivered, SCP contacted me to make fix a day for installation. Alex and Grace arrived and the installation took place efficiently and professionally. There was an issue with the depth of the window handles, I had fitted but SCP sorted this out by ordering and fitting shallower handles. These were fitted within 48 hours of the initial installation. The shutters are of excellent quality and appearance and set the rooms off very nicely. With the great quality of the shutters, excellent customer service and professional installation, I would have no hesitation recommending SCP Shutters. I wish both Alex and Grace all the best with their business.

Alex and Grace were very professional with excellent communication skills. From the initial meeting through to the installation. The price was competitive and the standard of fitting could not be faulted. We are delighted with our shutters which are both practical and look really good in our house. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for shutters. We certainly will be using them again.

A very lucky find indeed. Took the number off their van by chance and had an immediate response for a consultation. Arrived at our home and everything we asked to have done was accommodated with expert advice and tailored to what we wanted precisely, no other company were able to do this. Price was nice incredible for the quality and the fitting is just superb. From start to finish the service was impeccable and so easy to deal with. We could not be happier with our beautiful shutters and I would recommend these to anyone wanting high quality and beautiful shutter blinds that are not over the top on price. Just had my new shutters fitted in my back bedroom, difficult, large, triangular window, it looks fabulous. Supplied and fitted by local, young couple just starting up their own business. Very impressed with the service and very happy with the outcome of the job we got from Grace and Alex. Very professional from start to finish! Alex, Guy and Grace provide a fantastic service! From the very beginning we were impressed with their knowledge and attitude. Keen to ensure we were happy every step of the way. Timely updates on ordering progress and delivery/installation dates. We are over the moon with the results, shutters fitted to a number of windows (a variety of sizes and designs, all fitting and functioning great!). Having previously used another company, Alex and his team are streets ahead of the competition in terms of service (outstanding) and quality of product (far superior - shutters feel very substantial and operate smoother than those fitted by a competitor). I am sure we'll be employing these guys again to finish the rest of the house. Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely phenomenal service from Alex and Grace. They came and talked us through all of the different options we could choose from and we easily found a combination that we were really happy with. Alex explained everything in lots of detail and brought samples to show us exactly what our new shutters would look like. We had lots of different options, including hinges/louvre size etc and both Alex and Grace made sure we were completely happy before heading off and sending us a very reasonable quote. After ordering the shutters, their communication was excellent and Grace kept in touch to let us know what was happening behind the scenes. The shutters have been installed today and look even better than we had been hoping for: the quality of the shutters themselves is excellent and Alex’s installation was very quick, meticulous, clean and tidy. They look fantastic, and have transformed our space. We would recommend South Coast Plantation Shutters to anyone, and would happily buy from them again in the future.
